You have a choice between white and brown bears.

How tall are the bears?
They are 16 inches.

How are the bears packaged?
Each bear is individually bagged and cannot be seen by the child.

How will I know which bear is mine?
Each bear is labeled with the person's name that ordered the bear and the dancer's name.

Can I order after the Recital cut off date?
Absolutely. You must provide a shipping address and pay for shipping.

What if I misspelled the personalization?
We are not responsible for misspellings. You can get a replacement outfit for $19.00 + shipping.

When will the bears ship?
The bears will ship before the recital date. This date is determined by each studio.

Can I ship bear(s) to me?
Absolutely. Simply select Ship to My Address then select the appropriate shipping method.

Is shipping included for the bears?
Shipping is included if the order is placed before dance recital cut off date. All bears are shipped directly to the dance studio.

Is shipping included for the apparel?
Yes.
